Management Team

Jake Pennacchini

Jake has worked within the Landscaping industry for 17 years. Born in South Africa and surrounded by the beauty of nature his passion for Flora and Fauna set his career in motion.

After moving to the UK he began his outdoor career in London where he worked on both soft and hard landscaping projects, before going on to study for 2 Diplomas in Horticulture and Landscaping at Capel Manor College.

Having moved to Grand Cayman, he took a particular interest in the beautiful island Flora and decided to set up his own landscaping business. Jake now works with clients and designers, producing his own gardens to his exacting standards. Jake is supported by skilled teams of landscapers; whose work always reflects his high standards and to this end any project undertaken will not be signed-off until the client is completely satisfied with the work carried out.

Michael Everett

Michael, our Irrigation and Hard landscaping specialist has over 20 years of experience, an NVQ level 6 in Construction Contracting Management and a Rainbird Academy Irrigation Qualification.

His specialities in Hard Landscaping include working with Natural stone works such as Marble, Granite, Limestone and Travertine.
